IAM retirees recently gathered at the IAM Retirees Conference to discuss their experiences and share advice with current members. The retirees reflected on their careers, emphasizing the importance of involvement and engagement within the union.

According to those who attended, retirees have dedicated much of their lives to advocating for dignity, fairness, and strong contracts. They continue to encourage active participation among current members.

Their main message was directed at today’s workforce: “get involved, stay engaged, and keep organizing.”
