IAM union members at Atlantic Aviation Teterboro have approved a new collective bargaining agreement, resulting in higher wages, improved benefits, and better working conditions. The contract, negotiated by IAM District 142, includes wage increases for all levels and classifications, a $1,500 signing bonus, retroactive pay to the expiration of the previous contract, premium increases, sick time buyback provisions, and improvements to vacation accrual as well as updates to surveillance language, progressive discipline language, and shift language.
Richie Johnsen, IAM Air Transport Territory General Vice President, stated: “This agreement reflects the power of union solidarity and the commitment of our members at Atlantic Aviation TEB. This contract was won by the hard work, unity, and determination of our membership.”
The IAM District 142 negotiation team plans to work with company leadership to ensure full understanding and timely execution of the new agreement.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting its members through collective action and strong labor agreements.
