Northwell Health reported raising $1.25 million at its seventh annual Summer Hamptons Evening, held on August 9 in Water Mill, New York. The fundraising event supports the Katz Institute for Women’s Health and other communities served by Northwell. Over the years, the event has brought in more than $6 million for these causes.

More than 300 people attended this year’s gathering at the residence of Victoria Moran-Furman. She co-hosted alongside Iris and Saul Katz, who are benefactors of the Katz Institute, as well as Eric Moran and event planner Larry Scott from Lawrence Scott Events. Rosanna Scotto, cohost of Fox 5 News’ “Good Day New York,” acted as emcee.

According to Northwell Health, “The Katz Institute for Women’s Health is driven by the Katz’s vision that women at every life stage should receive access to the best individualized care and resources. The Institute has created the only dedicated network of more than 1,000 experts who are uniquely qualified to address the health care needs of women.”
