Northwell Health has been ranked as the third healthiest workplace in the United States by Springbuk’s Healthiest Employers program. The ranking is based on a 100-point comparison that evaluates six key values related to employee health and wellness.
This recognition marks the sixth year in a row that Northwell Health has been included among the top 10 healthiest workplaces nationwide, with this year representing its highest placement to date. Northwell Health is also the only organization from New York to appear on the Top 100 list for 2025.
The Healthiest 100 Places to Work in America award acknowledges organizations for their health-focused initiatives, employee engagement, and efforts to foster a culture of well-being. Northwell Health is the largest nonprofit health system in the Northeast.
