President Goldsmith to deliver first State of the University Address on September 29

Stony Brook University President Andrea Goldsmith will deliver her first State of the University Address on Monday, September 29, at 1 p.m. The event will take place on the Staller Center Main Stage and is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. A reception is scheduled to follow at Staller Plaza.

The address, titled “Accelerating Excellence and Impact,” aims to provide updates and insights about the university’s progress and future direction. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP online.

For those unable to attend in person, the address will be available via livestream at stonybrook.edu/live. Additionally, members of the Stony Brook Southampton campus can view the livestream in Duke Lecture Hall within Chancellors Hall.
