Stony Brook Southampton Hospital will serve as the Lead Gold Sponsor at the upcoming San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons, scheduled for September 13 and 14 on Good Ground Road in Hampton Bays.

The hospital’s sponsorship is focused on recognizing frontline workers, including fire department personnel, EMTs, ambulance corps members, police officers, and other essential first responders. Emily Mastaler, chief administrative officer at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, stated: “Our frontline heroes are the heart of every community. Their courage, selflessness and tire less dedication inspire us every day. We are honored to support the San Gennaro Festival’s mission of supporting essential community services.”

Attendees can visit the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital booth at the festival to meet local Stony Brook Medicine physicians and learn about recent developments at the hospital. Free blood pressure testing will also be available.

The festival will offer a range of Italian foods and entertainment options, including cannoli, pizza, zappole and meatball eating contests. A fireworks display is planned for Saturday night at 8:15 pm.

More information about the event can be found on the San Gennaro Feast website.
